Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement is made between Gugurik and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order through www.gugurik.com.

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically.

Product type, quantity, price, and shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout before payment.

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers. Gugurik does not store credit card information.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Buyers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
